Nova titular da 4º vara criminal de São Gonçalo

Esta postagem assim que li, entendi da seguinte maneira, e sublinhei o que acho fundamental em um julgamento...

Sobre Clamor público...

“O juiz jamais deve se basear no clamor público, sob pena de deixar de ser um juiz de direito e se tornar um justiceiro. A sociedade tem que saber que o magistrado é aquele cara que vai agir conforme as regras existentes para dar o devido andamento processual e garantir os direitos de todos os envolvidos. Clamor público só serve para vender jornal”.

Sobre a brilhante investigação que a DH fez...

“Inúmeros casos chegam à Justiça capengas, com provas deficientes e sem as formalidades necessárias à consolidação de um processo criminal. Para mudar esse quadro a juíza ressalta que cabe ao governo do estado aparelhar melhor as delegacias de polícia. “

“Uma juíza que vai agir sempre de acordo com a Constituição da República e as nossas leis. Este é o recado à população de São Gonçalo. “É obrigação do magistrado demonstrar sua dedicação ao trabalho e tratar todos os colegas, funcionários, réus, vítimas e testemunhas com muito respeito”. 

Esta Juíza com certeza ganhou pontos com toda uma sociedade, ainda mais os que estão sendo injustiçados por este caso (Caso da Juiza Patrícia Acioli), ela no mínimo sabe da injustiça que foi cometida e da falta do dever do Juiz que conduziu o julgamento deste caso ... Aliais quem dentro do Poder Judiciário, não sabe?
