10 meses jogados no porão de BANGU 1

PMs da ativa, 10  meses jogados no porão de BANGU 1 e , um Tenente Coronel preso em regime de RDD em uma PENITENCIARIA FEDERAL EM MS

Para quem ainda não sabe Policiais Militares estão há 10 meses sendo tratados como bandidos em Bangu 1...e em um PRESIDIO FEDERAL.

Policias que ainda serão julgados, e com fé em Deus serão absolvidos, pois muitos  são inocentes, “bancando” uma prisão que não é deles!!!

E quanto estes PMs forem absolvidos, o que vão dizer à eles? Pedir perdão?!?

Nada vai justificar e nada irá sanar a dor, física e mental em que esse PMs  estão passando jogados nos porões de Bangu 1.

Bangu 1 é um presídio de castigo, quando algum preso de outro  complexo penitenciário faz alguma coisa de errado, eles vão para lá, e ficam por no máximo 3 meses, é uma forma de castigo ao preso.

A psicóloga de Bangu 1 disse que qualquer pessoa que permanece lá por mais de 3 meses, com certeza terá sequelas...

O que estão fazendo com eles é desumano, é covardia, é “justiçamento”!!!

Os direitos deles não estão sendo respeitados, principalmente no que diz respeito ao PRINCÍPIO CONSTITUCIONAL DA INOCÊNCIA PRESUMIDA.

Mas a quem recorrer? Parece que estão todos cegos, surdos e mudos!!!!

Cadê as autoridades?

É seguramente inacreditável o que a justiça está fazendo com alguns PMs deste caso...

PMs com a ficha limpa, sem um apontamento que desabone sua conduta, com endereço fixo, apenas por uma delação premiada, onde já foi claramente discutido a maneira como essa tal delação foi feita... Sob coação, constrangimento e promessas...

PMs que mal tinham chegado à guarnição...

PMs que já não estava mais na guarnição...

PMs que estavam afastados há 3 meses da guarnição...

PM TEN CEL com 26 anos de serviço...

Entre outras coisas, que não interessaram a mídia em mostrar...

Mas mesmo assim a justiça pública os colocou em Bangu 1, por que se não quisessem coloca-los no BEP, colocava em Bangu 8, mas o que será que o judiciário, o governo queriam mostrar? Colocando-os em Bangu 1e em presidio fora do estado?
 

Tipo.. “não mechem com a gente, que olha o que a gente faz com vocês...”

Isso não me cheira a justiça e sim a “justiçamento”

A constituição brasileira não vale de nada, pois o princípio de que somos inocentes até que se prove o contrário, não existe!

E enquanto isso as arbitrariedades vão acontecendo..

Mas nós esposas, não vamos ficar paradas...

Vamos fazer um tsunami de justiça!!!!
